At powerbanken.dk, we support the government's initiatives to reduce the spread. We continue operations, but with a number of measures as you can see below.
- It is still possible to order goods for pickup at our warehouse. However, please ensure you wear a face mask and maintain distance when collecting your order.
- Special precautions are taken for drivers who deliver and pick up packages at our warehouse.
- Increased cleaning, disinfection, and tidying.
What does this mean for you?
You can still order on powerbanken.dk and have it delivered within 1-2 business days.
- There may be longer response times from our support via email, phone, and chat.
- If you have chosen to have your delivery made by PostNord and need to pick it up at the post office, you can choose to refuse to sign for the package. This means that the clerk will write COVID-19 as the signature, after which you will receive your package.
- GLS has also chosen to drop the classic signature requirements and introduced 3 different initiatives depending on whether you order directly to your home or to a parcel shop. You can read more about the different options here.
